VisusImage-Colony Count software
provides the ability to threshold the bacteria colonies,
measure and count them, and estimate their relative
percentage.
1.
The white bacteria colonies are
thresholded.
2.
Then yellow bacteria colonies are
thresholded. The colonies are counted and % Count is
estimated.
3.
The analysis results can be displayed
in a histogram.
