FISH analysis.

The VisusImage-FISH program provides an ability to receive the resultant color images by mixing or overlaying the source black and white images acquired from the fluorescence microscope while the filters are being changed (to make different fluorescent marks be visible).

The first image is acquired and false-colored (RHODAMINE).

The second image is acquired and false-colored (FITC).

The resulting image can be created by Merge (Figure 1), Overlay (Figure 2) or Overlay with Merge methods.
