Sperm count, motility and morphology analysis.

VisusImage-Sperm software provides the ability to record video-sequences of native sperm ejaculates. The sperms are counted automatically, and their motility is estimated. On the images of stained smears the morphology features of sperms are measured.

The sperms are thresholded automatically. They are counted (in mln/ml). Their straight line velocity is measured, and the sperms are classified by their velocity (slow, medium, fast). The measure data are displayed in the class table (in the bottom).

The sperms (sperm heads) in the stained sperm smear can be thresholded automatically and measured with data display in the spreadsheet.

Also, the sperms can be classified by the measured parameter(s), e.g. by the head area.
