VisusImage-Master (Morphology)
software provides the ability to automatically count
the platelets against the red blood cells. The platelets
and red cells are measured.
1.
All cells are automatically
thresholded and classified (blue - the erythrocytes, red
- the platelets).
2.
The measurements are performed. The
platelets percentage against erythrocytes and the
platelets number per 1000 erythrocytes and per 1 мкл3 of
blood are calculated.
