VisusImage-Master (Morphology)
software provides the ability to first threshold the
cells and then the nuclei, measure them and calculate
the nuclei to cytoplasm (cell) area ratios.
1.
Thirst the nuclei are
thresholded.
2.
Then the cells are
thresholded.
3.
The measurements are performed and the
nucleus area to cell area ratios (NCRs) are calculated.
The measure data are displayed in the spreadsheet. The
cells are classified by their NCRs.
