VisusImage-Master (Morphology)
software provides the ability to automatically threshold
different phases on the images (e.g., cytoplasm and
nuclei) and estimate their area percentage.
1.
First the nuclei are thresholded
(red).
2.
Then the cytoplasm is thresholded
(yellow).
3.
The nuclei and cytoplasm area
fractions are measured. The data are accumulated in the
class table (in the bottom).
