We have long-term partnership relationships
with LOMO, distribute Carl Zeiss and Leica microscopes.
System descriptions:
The systems for morphology study
in medicine and biology provide an ability to
capture images, enhance and annotate them, measure
image objects (cells, nuclei, etc.), process the measurement
data statistically, archive images and data in the
image database. The imaging system includes the transmitted-light
microscopes (with trinocular head and TV-adapter).
The digital or CCD camera installed on the microscope
provides image capturing. Further image processing
and analysis are made with VisusImage-Master (Morphology) software.
The systems for density measurements
provide an ability to capture images, enhance and
annotate them, measure image objects (cells, nuclei,
etc.), perform optical density measurements, process
the measurement data statistically, archive images
and data in the image database. For density analysis
three methods can be used: with background correction,
with background and dark field correction, with density
calibration. The complete system includes the transmitted-light
or fluorescence microscopes (with trinocular head
and TV-adapter). Monochrome digital image acquisition
system installed on the microscope provides image
capturing. Further image processing and analysis are
made with VisusImage-Master (Morphology)
software.
The systems for chromosome analysis
provide an ability to capture the chromosome images,
enhance and annotate them, automatically arrange the
chromosomes in a karygram, create and analyze ideograms,
archive source images, karyograms and ideograms in
the image database. The complete system includes the
transmitted-light or fluorescence microscopes (with
trinocular head and TV-adapter). Monochrome digital
image acquisition system installed on the microscope
provides image capturing. Further image processing
and analysis are made with VisusImage-Karyo 6.0 or 1.5 software.
The systems for FISH analysis
provide an ability to receive the resultant color
images by mixing or overlaying the source black and
white images acquired from the fluorescence microscope
while the filters are being changed (to make different
fluorescent marks be visible). This enables to locate
and identify the DNA sequences directly on the cells
and chromosomes. The complete system includes the
fluorescence microscopes (with trinocular head and
TV-adapter). Monochrome digital image acquisition
system installed on the microscope provides image
capturing. Further image processing and analysis are
made with VisusImage-FISH software.
The systems for colony count
provide an ability to capture the bacteria colony
images, enhance and annotate them, count and measure
the bacteria colonies, process the measurement data
statistically, archive images and data in the image
database. The complete system includes the inverted
microscope (with trinocular head and TV-adapter).
Monochrome digital image acquisition system installed
on the microscope provides image capturing. Further
image processing and analysis are made with VisusImage-Colony Count software.
The systems for motion analysis
provide an ability to capture video-sequencies, enhance
and annotate them, measure image objects (moving or
changing their properties with time), process the
measurement data statistically, archive images and
data in the image database. The complete system can
be created on the basis of the transmitted-light microscopes
equipped with trinocular head and TV-adapter. TV-camera
installed on microscope provides image capturing.
Further image processing and analysis are made with
VisusImage-Master software.
The systems for sperm count and
analysis provide an ability to capture video-sequences
of native sperm ejaculates and images of the stained
sperm smears. For the sperm ejaculates the total sperms
are counted and their motility is measured. On the
images of the stained sperm smears the sperms are
measured. The source images and data can be saved
in the image database. The complete system includes
the transmitted-light microscopes equipped with trinocular
head and TV-adapter having if necessary the phase
contrast. TV-camera installed on microscope provides
image capturing. Further image processing and analysis
are made with VisusImage-Sperm software.
The systems for morphology study
in material sciences provide an ability to capture
images, enhance and annotate them, measure image objects
(particles, grains, etc.), process the measurement
data statistically, archive images and data in the
image database. The complete systems includes the
transmitted or reflected-light microscopes (with trinocular
head and TV-adapter). TV-camera installed on the microscope
provides image capturing. Further image processing
and analysis are made with VisusImage-Master (Structure) software.
